BMW China HR Marketing Intern(Location: Beijing)
Target
To build up BMW employer branding and associate engagement
Major Responsibilities
Support on HR Marketing projects, such as EVP, associate events, health management topics and other internal/external innovative initiatives.
Support on reviewing and revising HR internal communication documents.
Follow up with the whole cycle of purchase process (e.g. PR & PO creation and tracking in SAP system).
Maintain HR pages on BMW China intranet.
Other works assigned by HR team.
Qualifications and Experience
Undergraduate or postgraduate students who are enrolled at a university.
Excellent language skills in English (written and oral).
Familiar with SAP system and financial management
Proficiency in MS office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
Detail orientation, responsible, strong working motivation, and capable of working under pressure.
International experience will be a plus.
