岗位职责
- Establishing recruiting requirements by communicating with managers on the position needs and candidate requirements.
-Conducting job-posting and updating recruiting plan in internal recruiting system and external sources, including job sites, colleges and employment agencies.
-Sourcing potential talents through social networking and with headhunter partners, analyzing and integrating candidates’ data.
-Conducting 1st round phone screening with potential candidates, and summarizing basic evaluation.
- Scheduling interviews directly between candidates and hiring managers or with the coordinating of headhunters, in some cases arranging travel for visiting candidates.
- Tracking post-interview feedbacks, dealing with urgent changes and following up with further interview arrangements.
- Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone call and email.
- Confirming and arranging for the new hire on-board procedure, coordinating with different departments and hiring managers.
- Updating recruiting records and job status internally and externally.
- Conducting the on-board procedure for new interns.
- Collaborating with the probation procedure of new employees with hiring managers.- Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
- Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed.
