此次招聘主要面向2016年研究生应届毕业生，招聘岗位为HW硬件以及FW固件设计工程师。

职位具体要求如下：

Job Title:　　　 Digital HW Design Engineer
Work Location:　 Beijing

Responsibilities:
o　　Be a part of a digital hardware team responsible for design and maintenance of Ericsson digital products
o　　Work with other team member to provide technical support to customer.
o　　Implement digital board design and verification.
o　　Setup HW test bench, and build automation test scripts to improve test efficiency.
o　　Executing board level HW testing, and system level performance testing based on the test plan and test specification.
o　　Test case development and maintenance under instruction of experienced engineer
o　　Providing support to manufacturing team for prototype build
o　　Generating test report, and provide performance improvement plan/proposal
o　　Support designers/managers on daily works.

Qualifications & Requirements:
o　　Master degree or above from first level University
o　　High speed digital design knowledge with related project experience
o　　Experience with Cadence Concept and Allegro tools
o　　Experience in the use of lab equipment such as scopes, logic analyzers, pattern generators, oscilloscope, etc.
o　　Fluent in English/Chinese speaking and excellent in English/Chinese writing
o　　Major in communication, computer science, Electronic engineering, Electromagnetic and microwave technology, or wireless communication.
o　　Strong communication skill
o　　Well organized and have structure thinking
o　　Good Initiative and positive personal personality
o　　Self-motivated


Job Title:　　　Digital FW Design Engineer

Work Location:　Beijing

Responsibilities:
o　　Be a part of a digital hardware team responsible for design and maintenance of Ericsson digital products
o　　Work with other team member to provide technical support to customer.
o　　Implement digital board design and verification.
o　　Setup test environment. Executing firmware testing based on the test plan and test specification.
o　　Test case development and maintenance under instruction of experienced engineer
o　　Providing support to manufacturing team for production test.
o　　Generating test report, and provide performance improvement plan/proposal
o　　Support designers/managers on daily works.

Qualifications & Requirements:
o　　Master degree or above from first level University
o　　Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
o　　Experience in embedded software development, good understanding of the embedded system architecture, especially Intel X86 architecture.
o　　Embedded programming ability, strong C programming experience, and C++ preferred.
o　　Strong ability to fix C/C++ programming bugs
o　　Fluent in English/Chinese speaking and excellent in English/Chinese writing
o　　Major in communication, computer science, Electronic engineering, Electromagnetic and microwave technology, or wireless communication.
o　　Strong communication skill
o　　Well organized and have structure thinking
o　　Good Initiative and positive personal personality
o　　Self-motivated
