Skill requirements:
1. Long term internship with CDL is preferred (at least 4 months)
2. Familiar with Java development
3. Experience on script devleopment　is preferred, esp. python.
4. Familiar with IDE, esp. Eclipse + pydev.
5. Good communication skills and pro-active working style, self motivated.
