Accountant Intern (会计实习生)

Description:

1. Data Entry for payment information provided by analyst.
2. File research based on vendor request.
3. Assistant analyst for research and report vendor balance
4. Other work assigned to assist Accounting analyst, include monitoring aging metrics and driving collections efforts on a regular basis.
Basic Qualifications:

1. Interested in Accounting or Finance related, 3rd year in bachelor or 2nd year in master courses preferred;
2. Could work 4-5 days a week, lasting for at least 3 months. (June, 2012- Dec, 2012 is desired period)
3. Fluent oral and written English


Preferred Qualifications

1. Japanese communication
2. Solid accounting knowledge
3. Fluency in standard software including Excel, Access, Oracle, Essbase skills are a definite plus
4. Strong attention to detail, and the ability to self-start and self-motivate
