Responsibilities：
As part of the IT Web Development, this incumbent is responsible for requirement analysis, solution designing and developing various web based applications for CIeNET business needs.　
Must Have：
1. Computer science or other information technologies related majors
2. Experience of Java/PHP/Perl end to end web application development experience
3. Proficient in JSP/Servlet/AJAX/HTML/CSS or other similar front-end develop skills
4. Linux and database knowledge is a plus
5. Can read and write in English　
6. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

CDMA Software Engineer
　
Responsibilities:　
1. Be a key member of a mobility products development team or testing team　
2. Responsibilities of the development position include:　
Functional Area Ownership, contributing to sub-system maintenance including providing prompt response to customer inquiry, analyzing customer site issues and delivering the fix on time, etc.　
3. Contributing to mobility products evolution and new development, work with system architecture and system engineering teams of features; understand, design and implement system requirements for new features　
4. Support testing teams and end game support teams to make sure the successful product delivery　
5. Provide technical support to marketing and engineering service teams　
6. Responsibilities of the testing position include:　
7. Analyze requirements and write test plans, test cases and test scripts.　
8. Set up the testing environment and execute test cases.　
9. Execute test and analyze the test results to ensure functionality and provide quality related information.　
10. Consult with development engineers in resolution of problems, work with system architecture and system engineering teams in the architecture and requirement of features　
　
Requirements:　
1. Experience with software development, object oriented design or testing (e.g. Unix, Linux, Vxworks, C/C++, OOD/P). Knowledge with Java and Perl would be helpful　
2. Knowledge of overall wireless system and data network (e.g. CDMA, EVDO, WCDMA, SIP, ISUP, SS7, TCP/IP) and the relevant development experience would be greatly desirable　
3. Flexibility to adjust the role (i.e. tester vs. developer) according to business needs is desirable.　
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English　
5. Good team player　
6. Highly self-motivated; good problem-solving skills　
7. Willing to work occasionally on non-conventional hours with global colleagues to finish the assignment under pressure　
8. BS or above degree in computer science, electrical engineering or related areas with project/working experience
