管理培训生（店面设计与建设方向）
工作内容：
店铺设计,制定和实施开店计划，并与承建商共同完成建店工作
管理部分供应商，如铁器供应商、木器供应商、表面材料、灯具供应商等，保证
自负责的供应商能保质保量提供相关货品。
管理部分零售城市的施工方，确保该城市店铺的施工质量稳步提升。
年龄：22-30岁,大专以上学历，室内装潢设计或装饰工程相关专业
对材料价格和施工预算有一定经验
有装修和工程工作经验者优先
思路清晰敏捷，具有良好的沟通能力
In close corporation with our foreign Designers and local team leaders you will have a great opportunity to work with shop design (from layout all the way to final delivery) in the biggest retail company in China. Bestseller Fashion Group Ltd. was established in China in 1996. Our 4 brands, ONLY, Selected, Jack Jones & Vero Moda are sold in own concept stores and through franchise takers in cities in all provinces in China. Since we opened the first shop in Beijing in 1996, we have been through a significant expansion – going from 1 shop to approx 3300 shop in just 14 years.
We expect that you are an energical extrovert team player, who always want put in some extra efforts to gain great results and help others. Furthermore you can prove experience within:
The creation of layout with high focus on walk flow and garment displaying in accordance to fixed concepts
Understanding of commercial retail.
Interest and understanding of all construction related methods in accordance to best practice (including timeline management).
Coordination of furniture and transport
On site control of quality and management with BDS
Managing shop construction site from long distance (however also by visiting)
Manage City principal ship in accordance to predefined areas (maintenance) and at the same time provide a high customer service towards Retail
Shop opening photos and follow up repairs
Budget and negotiation skills and understanding
CAD abilities
High motivation for BESTSELLER concept and implementation of new ideas.
A team player who contribute to a creative working environment, layouts and improvement of furniture.
Good understanding and knowledge of Microsoft Office
Verbal and written English skills will be an advantage, however not a requirement
