1.Development Intern
Job Overview
This position is responsible for creating and/or maintaining software applications forCA Clarity PPMproduct, focusing on our SaaS delivery on Salesforce.com platform (Agile Vision and Product Vision).
Provide complex code modification, testing and debugging tasks. Provide high level analysis related to software design and development and solve problems.
Key Responsibilities
-- Design and code moderately complex units/modules/products that meet functional and business requirements on schedule and within budget.
-- Fix bugs, add enhancements. Perform unit/module testing of software to find errors and confirm programs meet specifications.
-- Assist quality assurance team by providing assistance to testers and support personnel as needed to determine system problems.
-- Collaborate with quality assurance in creation of their test plans and participate in reviews.
-- Participate in design and code reviews with other developers.
Skills and experience
1.Java programming experience.
2.Web-based development experience; familiar with HTML, Java Script, CSS and etc.
3.Experience with database SQL queries is a plus.
4.Good written and verbal communication skill in English is a big plus.
5.Working smart and good learning ability.
2.Quality Assurance Intern
Job Overview
This position is responsible for creating and maintaining automated test-case suite for software applications for CA Clarity PPM products. Provide analysis related to software testing, automation and solve problems. Evaluate impact of software performance, and recommend changes to software designers. Work with minimal supervision and utilize knowledge, experience and judgment to accomplish goals.
Skills and experience
-- Good Java programming background and experiences in business application.
-- Experience in database like Oracle or MS SQL is required. Experience with automation framework like Watij/J-Unit/Testing
-- Knowledge of Web Applications like WebLogic/Tomcat/WebSphere is a big plus. Agile scrum skill will be a big plus
-- Basic knowledge on testing web based business applications.
-- Basic hands-on manual testing skills in functional, regressions and upgrade testing areas.
-- Basic knowledge of ANT/MAKE/Cruise Control would be plus.
-- Logical thinking; Good troubleshooting skills.
-- Good communication with team members; Good written and oral English;
