Prepare candidates well before their interviews with client. Provide support in offer negotiation, offer signing and on-boarding. • Identify suitable candidates through various channels in a creative and persistent manner, conduct preliminary telephone screening of the candidates approached. • Database management: updating, segmenting, and uploading new CVs and appraisals into Company database. • Assist in job posting, ad content and placement, resume review, candidate screening and interviewing.
