The recruitment of interns Responsibilities:  Mentoring clear customer recruitment requirements, effective use of a variety of ways to find the right candidates to establish long-term contact with the candidate to develop the talent pool;  Assist consultants for the implementation of the recruitment project management, such as participation in talent selection, arrangement and coordination of the first test of qualified candidates write a report;  3 to update the database of candidates.
