Executive Search Consultants - high-tech industries Responsibilities:  Independently responsible for the recruitment of project entrusted by the client to communicate fully with the customers, the position and, if necessary, to provide customers with advice or guidance  Through various channels to find a candidate or guidance look for members to complete the initial visit to find work;  Interview and selection of candidates, according to customer's needs and characteristics, and recommends suitable candidates;  Help client to arrange an interview and timely solutions to the problems encountered in the interview process;  Coordinating wage and salary negotiations and hiring the signing of the notice, and according to customer requirements for candidate background checks;  Candidates for pre-, during, and after the follow-up service, and to provide candidates with career development proposals;  Maintaining good relations with clients and candidates, understand the market dynamics, and mining business information, business development; Requirements:  Bachelor degree or above;  Executive search industry for more than 3 years or consulting industry, Internet, software, and related industries for more than 3 years work experience is preferred, telephone sales experience is preferred;  Have good communication and presentation skills, clear thinking, responsive, analysis and assessment capabilities;  Proactive, diligent, the compressive strength;  A certain degree of sensitivity and judgment on the talent market, the executive search industry with great enthusiasm.  工作地点：朝阳区大望路SOHO现代城  有意者请发简历至：ella.yang@bilast.com About Us： Bilast & Associates specializes in executive search & talent acquisition consulting solutions.We help clients achieve business impact through effective talent operations.
