需要招牌一名国际贸易，物流或工商管理相关专业的大四实习生，希望一周能工作3~4天。 具体工作内容如下 ：（如有感兴趣的同学可以到51job上投简历http://search.51job.com/job/52726610,c.html） 职位职能: 采购助理 职位描述: Responsibility: 1.Assist procurement on data entry, maintaining and entering purchase information into SAP 2.Collect supplier business certificates and supplier qualification preliminary Examination. 3.Assist procurement prepare RFP/PFQ documents. 4.Expediting materials from suppliers and ensure on time delivery 5.Purchasing Documents and data collection, filing. Requirements: 1. University student, who graduates in 2013 is preferred 2. Can work 3-4 days/week 3. Major in Supply chain, business administration or international trade is preferred, not a must 4. Familiar with Ms. Office Excel/Word 5. Good command of English in both oral and written. 6. work location : Hai Dian district |
