As a system program leader for Global Parts & Repair Solutions (GPRS), you will serve as the interface between GPRS operation teams & IT, aiding in the project implementation for GPRS Asia and provide daily system supporting to Asia GPRS operation teams and Asia service regions. You will lead projects in Asia and work with global IT experts, gain great cross-functional exposure & project leadership skills. Key responsibilities/essential functions include: 1. Project management, understand business strategy, collect user requirements, develop process map, lead testing, coordinate with IT and operation in between during the project implementation, achieve project go live with good quality and time measurement. 2. Support the functional teams involved in all aspects of order processing and fulfillment, inventory management and distribution processes from systems function perspective. 3. Work with internal Oracle Production Support Team, operational teams, and outside vendors to identify and resolve systems issues and transactional failures. 4. Train operational team on use of Oracle modules and troubleshooting techniques and appropriate procedures. 5. Maintain and set-up system permissions for users and functions. Required Qualifications: 6. Bachelor’s Degree 7. Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills 8. Proficient in the soft skills necessary to be an effective project manager 9. Proven project management experience in complex environments 10. Fluent oral and written English 11. Ability to make formal presentations (internal and external) Preferred Qualifications: 1. Oracle Knowledge & Experience 2. Strong analytical and quantitative skills 3. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills 4. Results driven 5.
