Responsibilities: Qualified candidates will be able to communicate with candidates and interviewers smoothly. The best candidates will have good verbal and written communication skills, have an ability to prioritize their time and understand the value of candidate experience. 1. Take charge of all rounds of interview arrangement and coordination. 2. Upload candidate’s resume into system and update candidate status and tracking list. 3. Push interview feedback from interviewers. 4. Support offer and labor contract related documentations preparation and filing. 5. Take charge of other HR function work and certain ad hoc tasks. Requirements: 1. Good communication skills both in English and Chinese 2. Great passion and interests for HR work, at least 4 working days per week. 3. Good team work. 4. Able to work under pressure and strong time management skill 5. Basic knowledge about HR operation is preferred but not necessary 6. Detail-orientated and conscientious personalities are a must 工作职责： 在招聘网站及时准确的发布/更新/删除职位信息 根据职位描述，利用关键词进行简历初步筛选； 安排面试并更新记录表； 招聘系统信息录入及维护； 其它与招聘有关的行政或协调工作。 任职资格： 本科\研究生在读，人力资源管理相关专业优先考虑； 英语六级及以上，具备良好的英语听说读写能力； 熟练*作微软OFFICE软件，特别是WORD 和 EXCEL； 有志于在招聘或HR领域中发展的候选人优先考虑； 耐心、认真、细致，办事有条理； 能有效管理有限的时间； 工作态度积极，能在压力下工作； 能确保每周4-5个工作日，至少能实习3个月。 简历投递：zhangyun@amazon.com； 邮件名称：姓名- 学校 - 专业 - 年级 - 每周工作天数； 工作地点：朝阳区东四环远洋国际中心A座。 |
