Amazon Services is searching for a bright and ambitious individual to join our Sales Launch Specialist team.
Launch Specialists act as the primary interface between Amazon.com and our newest business partners. In this position, applicants will be responsible for providing timely and accurate support to recently registered Merchants interested in selling on the Amazon platform. Candidates will be comfortable both in a self-sufficient role, as well as one of team support and interaction. Ownership of work is extremely important, and candidates should have a proven record of working with projects to their completion. You will join as a Sales Launch Specialist recruiting and launching successful sellers on Amazon's third party marketplace.
The objective of the Launch Specialist is to deliver new business growth and maximize revenue generation across Amazon's suite of products for merchants. You will prospect, qualify and close high potential merchants that deliver competitive selection, pricing, and availability. In addition to recruiting merchants you will help them launch on Amazon's marketplace by working with them to ensure they master catalogue, pricing and other tools.
Operating in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment you will be required to work autonomously taking full control and responsibility for achieving business objectives. This role provides a real opportunity to develop original ideas, approaches, and solutions in a competitive and ever changing business climate.

Basic Qualifications:
基本要求:
•Bachelor degree, major in computer & Science/E-commercial preferred.
本科及以上学历,计算机、电子商务等理工专业优先;
• Demonstrated track record of success in, account management, product marketing or management consulting roles.
有客户管理,产品营销或管理顾问领域的成功经验
• Experience solving analytical problems, either in professional experience (data analysis) or education.
较强的分析问题,解决问题的能力。能够分析较为复杂的原始数据,从中得到需要的结果。
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
良好的书面和口头沟通技巧
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Access).
熟练使用Office办公软件
Preferred Qualifications:
优先要求:
• Experience in outbound sales would be an advantage but is not essential.
具有电话销售经验者优先
• Experience with e-commerce or retail would be an advantage.
具有电子商务或零售经验者优先
• Experience influencing and organising others, whether in a direct management capacity or through experience managing projects.
具有项目管理经验优先
• Leadership ability and experience, especially in sales management
具有销售管理经验优先
